1. Put at its core are a number of serious recommendations by the High-Level Panel on Threats, Challenges and Change, prepared with the active participation of Academician Yevgeny Primakov.

2. Primakov served as Minister of Foreign Affairs from January 1996 until September 1998.

3. Primakov was born in Kiev in the Ukrainian SSR and grew up in Tbilisi in the Georgian SSR.

4. On 26 May 2008, Primakov was elected as a member of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

5. The first director of this project was Yevgeny Knorre.

6. Yevgeny Zamyatin died in poverty of a heart attack in 1937.
